General

Where can I find the GLANCE app?

When searching for the GLANCE app, please use the keyword "glance wearable" on Apple App Store and Google Play Store on Android devices.

I searched and still cannot find the app.

Please make sure your device firmware meets the requirements: iOS 9.0 or above for Apple, and Android OS 4.4 or above for Android.

I cannot install the GLANCE app.

Some utility based applications may limit users to install apps for security reasons. Please check if those apps are blocking your install.

My phone cannot detect my GLANCE.

Please check if your Bluetooth connection for your smartphone/tablet is ON, and GLANCE is fully charged before using. Press the button on GLANCE to see if device is active.
