The warranty applies to all 3Bays GSA products under the purchase order in authorized online stores and local retailers as stated in the relevant official website. 3Bays will not support product purchased from unofficial re-sellers. An original purchase invoice with model number listed must be presented upon requesting the Repair Service. This agreement does not cover labor or materials necessary to repair: Damages caused by water, fire, accident, negligence, abuse or misuse, improper voltage input, normal wear and tear, or any unauthorized repair or being tempered with.
