Will 3Bays GSA PRO work with my phone or tablet?

What does 3Bays GSA PRO track?
3BaysGSA PRO tracks the movement of the golf club and also provides key swing metrics including club head speed, face angle, swing path, tempo, down swing time, back swing time, impact force, ball speed, carry distance, consistency.
I can't pair my 3Bays GSA PRO device to my mobile What should I do?
If Bluetooth is disabled, please follow the procedures as below:
Step 1: Search and download the dedicated application, "GSA PRO" from App Store on your Android devices.
Step 2: When the 3Bays GSA PRO device is in OFF mode, press & hold the power button for 4 seconds until blue & red LED are alternating.
Step 3: Start the GSA PRO App, then click Yes to turn on bluetooth.
Step 4: After choosing the correct serial number, input "8888" password.
Step 5: After successful pairing, please go back to GSA PRO app.
Step 6: You can test the connection by clicking "Connect Wizard" button at the top left corner of home screen.
If Bluetooth is enabled, please make sure: 1) blue & red LED are alternating by pressing and holding power button for 4 seconds from OFF mode before you start the pairing process. 2) you are not holding the pin of 3Bays GSA PRO device during the pairing process.
I can't search my 3Bays GSA PRO device on the Bluetooth setting. What should I do?
Please reboot your Android devices and try the pairing procedures again.
Is my 3Bays GSA PRO compatible with both Android and iOS device?
We have different versions of 3Bay sGSA PRO for different OS system. Please refer to our product information for details.
The Bluetooth connection between my mobile and 3Bays GSA PRO is broken. What should I do?
You can use the Connection Wizard in the GSA PRO app to test or resume the connection. Press the two-arrow icon on top left concern. Follow the instruction on the screen to test/resume the connection step by step.
How to align the GSA in your club?
The 3Bays GSA PRO device may not be applied correctly on the end of your club, please align the arrow on 3BaysGSA PRO device with the mark of the golf grip, which is pointing to the square position of club face as below.
How do I apply 3Bays GSA PRO to my club?
Insert 3Bays GSA PRO easily to the hole on the club grip of drivers, drivers, woods, rescues, irons and wedges. The smart design makes it free from obstruction to your swings.
How does 3Bays GSA PRO track?

Yes, 3Bays GSA PRO automatically detects if you are left-handed or right-handed golfers. No setting is required.
How can I charge 3Bays GSA PRO?
3Bays GSA PRO is charged via the micro USB cable which comes with the packaging. It takes 2 to 3 hours to fully charge the device.
How long does the battery last?
For normal usage, the play time of 3Bays GSA PRO is up to 5 hours on full charge.
After I swing, the blue LED of the device doesn't flash quickly and transmit data. Why?
You may have some practice swing movements at the setup position before you actually swing. Please keep your club still at the setup position for 2 seconds before swing. (Blue LED is on and ready to swing )
After I swing, 3Bays GSA PRO device starts transmitting the data to the mobile but it stops without data transmission complete. Why?
3Bays GSA PRO device may be at low battery level. Please charge the device for at least an hour (when blue LED is on, it is fully charged ) and then you can swing again.
3Bays GSA PRO does not flash at all. Why?
3Bays GSA PRO device may be at low battery level, please charge the device for an hour. Then, you may try to long press the power button for 3 second, and check if it can be light up.
How to switch off and restart the 3Bays GSA PRO device?
To turn off the device , please press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. To restart the device, please press and hold the power button for 1 second.
Where can I download GSA PRO app?
For android version users, you can search and find GSA PRO on Google Play Store.
How much does the app cost?
It's all free. But you will need a 3Bays GSA PRO device to work with it.
What information can I see on the app?
You can playback the animation of your swing plane and watch it in slow motion for in-depth analysis. You can simply swipe up the screen to view all the key swing metrics.
Where are my swing records?
Every swing you take is stored on the app. You can check the records by date and by club selection.
Can I compare my swings with others?
You can set any of your swings or coaches to be the 'Best Swing' and compare each swing against it. In recent app updates, we also preload reference swings of some PGA Pros. Let's see how you stack up against PGA Pros!
I can't playback my swing arc animation. How?
You can click the playback button at the right side. You can even playback in slow motion by clicking the 1/4 and 1/8 button.
How to set up the swing arc color?
Click "Setting" button, and select "Swing Arc Color". You can choose the color and transparency of your current swing and best swing.
I want to review the current swing arc only. How?
You can click "Best Swing setting" button on the bottom menu bar and select "Hide Best Swing Arc"
My Club Head Speed is unreasonably high / low. Why?
Please make sure the device is plugged into the grip entirely and firmly before swing. Also, choose the golf club you are using on the top right corner of GSA PRO app before you swing. If you select an incorrect golf club, all the parameters will not be accurate.
How to share my swing information to Facebook friends?
You can share your swing information with your friends and coaches via Facebook and other social media sites on GSA PRO app. You can click "Share" button on the bottom menu bar, select "Facebook". Then you can upload the swing parameter or swing arc screenshot to your Facebook page. Please login your Facebook account before sharing.
How to export my swing data to PC?
You may use the Share function to screen capture your swing records and store into PC. On the target page, you can click "Share" button on the bottom menu bar and select "Save to Photo Album". An image of screen capture is then stored in your mobile for you to transfer to PC as record.
I went to the app store on my iPad and entered GSA Pro, but the app does not come up. Why?
Please search "GSA PRO" on App Store, it is on the "iPhone Apps" category. The app is for iPhone generally but also compatible on iPad. Please press the "x2" icon on the bottom right corner to get full screen display.
Where is the swing data stored and how much memory is used?
All the swing data are transferred and stored in your mobile given the device is connected with it. A swing data occupies a small amount of memory and over thousands data can be stored in 100MB memory.
Did the app freeze? It says "Processing the swing data" on the screen and not moving.
Please check the signal strength of internet connection in your phone/tablet. If the signal is too weak, we suggest to switch off the data connection or you can switch to Airplane mode when using GSA app.
